Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Samari (also known as Not.IQ), operated by AIzYantra Global Private Limited, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“Samari”, “we”, “us”). By using Samari you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Samari sends a notetaker to your video meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to record, transcribe, and summarize them, and to extract action items and decisions into your workspace.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Samari. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Recording consent is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to record and transcribe a meeting from all of its participants, under the laws that apply to you and them. The notetaker joins only when invited and is a visible participant, but consent remains your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Samari for any unlawful purpose or to record meetings you are not permitted to record.
  • Access, or attempt to access, data belonging to another workspace or user.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the service.
  • Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.

Your content

You own the meeting content and other materials you bring to Samari (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you and your workspace. We do not use Your Content to train public or third-party AI models.

AI outputs

Summaries, action items, decisions, and other AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided to assist you, not to replace your judgment. Review outputs before relying on them for any important decision.

Beta and “as is”
