Privacy Policy

Samari (also known as Not.IQ) is an AI meeting-intelligence product operated by AIzYantra Global Private Limited, a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“Samari”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Contact support@aizyantra.com.

• Account information — your name, email address, and workspace details when you sign up or are invited.
• Meeting content — the audio/video recordings our notetaker captures when invited to a meeting, and the transcripts, summaries, decisions, and action items generated from them.
• Calendar data — if you connect Google Calendar, the upcoming events and meeting links needed to auto-join and label meetings.
• Usage data — basic logs and diagnostics (e.g. feature usage and errors) used to operate and improve the service.

We use your information to:

• Provide the service — record, transcribe, summarize, and organize your meetings into summaries, action items, and decisions.
• Authenticate you and keep your workspace secure.
• Improve reliability and quality of the product.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your meeting content to train public or third-party foundation models. Your meeting content is processed only to deliver Samari’s features to you and your workspace.

Samari’s notetaker joins a meeting only when it is invited (via a pasted meeting link or a connected calendar), and it appears as a visible participant in the meeting.

You are responsible for obtaining consent from all participants before recording, in line with the laws that apply to you and your attendees. Do not use Samari to record meetings where you are not permitted to do so.

We share data with a small set of vetted service providers strictly to operate the service, each under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. By category:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers that run our application and store your data.
• Meeting-bot / recording providers that let the notetaker join a call and capture audio.
• Transcription and AI providers that convert audio to text and generate summaries, action items, and decisions.

We do not permit these providers to use your content for their own purposes.

We retain meeting content and derived data for as long as your workspace keeps it or as needed to provide the service. You can delete meetings and associated data from your dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account and workspace data by contacting support@aizyantra.com. We will delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and workspace-level isolation so that each workspace’s data is separated from others. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, India) or other applicable data-protection laws apply, you may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, contact support@aizyantra.com.

Samari is not intended for anyone under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
