About AIzYantra

Eight founders. One conviction.

AIzYantra wasn’t founded. It was forged.

Eight builders from eight different worlds collided in the Outskill AI Generalist Fellowship — and built MediBridge, a multilingual hospital voice AI that placed 3rd globally and won a $25,000 Google Cloud Award. Most fellowship teams take the certificate and go home. We took the team and built a company.

What we do

AIzYantra is a business consulting company that solves problems through AI — in that order. We don’t sell technology looking for a problem. We find the problem bleeding your business — the calls nobody answers, the leads nobody follows, the meetings nobody remembers — and we build the yantra that stops the bleed.

DPIIT-recognised. Product-obsessed. Allergic to jargon.

The Eight

Most companies have a founding story. We have a founding team — and every one of them is still here, still building.

Sanjeev Malhotra Strategy & Product

The strategist. Sets the direction, holds the standard, and makes sure every product earns its place.

Aayush Arora Marketing

The amplifier. Owns growth and commands Project Kamadhenu, our partner engine.

Kunal Bellur People & Product

The builder. A behavioural learning leader who taught himself to ship AI products — and never stopped shipping.

Kumar Pushpam Business Development

The opener. Finds the rooms worth being in and gets us to the table.

Abdul Aziz Product

The craftsman. Turns messy problems into products people actually use.

Ram Das Advisor

The compass. Been there, seen it, keeps eight ambitious people from expensive mistakes.

Ashwini Beloshe Projects

The executor. Where commitments become deliveries — on time, every time.

Rohan Balu Engineering

The engine. If it runs in production, Rohan made it run.

Eight networks. Eight disciplines. Zero passengers.

Why eight works

A solo founder sees one angle. We see eight — strategy, marketing, product, engineering, delivery, and the doors business development kicks open. When your problem lands on our table, it gets attacked from every side at once. That’s not a bigger team. That’s a different weapon.

Where Samari fits

Samari is the yantra we built for a problem we all recognised: the meetings nobody remembers. Indian teams meet in Hinglish and a dozen languages, and the tools built elsewhere don’t understand a word of it. So we built one that does — said, understood, done.
